The lady we saw today was really supportive and comforting she explained things really well and made me feel like she wants to help not just doing her next appt. Thank you.
Friendly and quick.
Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff.
Quick appointment
Did not wait in area long or X-ray.
Lovely staff and doctor.
I believe the staff were up against it with the lack of suitable equipment, we were all hip and knee and yet the ward had to do scavenging to get chairs/cushions to achieve the right height etc.
A similar situation with foor-stools didn't appear to be that many considering the need.
Ice- no ice machine! Swelling requires ice.
All that said the staff were/are brilliant and I can't thank them enough for looking after me/putting up with me.
Efficient and very thorough. I feel that all my concerns and questions were attended to and the fact that I had asked to return to check on an issue was no problem.
Quick, friendly.
The best thing I can say about my care while in hospital is that all of the staff provided me with totally excellent kindness, respect, empathy I was treated with such care and also time to learn the skills I would need at home such as the physio skills I honestly cannot praise this hospital staff enough from the cleaners of the ward the food excellent but what really makes it stand out is the staff and the care they show to each patient.
The staff treated everyone with utmost dignity was patient and kind and caring to everyone, I felt my case was second to none and I don't think there is room for improvement apart from not being offered a hot drink of an evening before settling down to sleep.
I seem be writing a letter to you.
